International scientific - practical conferences are carried out by International center of research projects together with Russian and foreign high schools in internal or in absentia form with the edition of collections of proceedings.

Status of publications: In conformity of item 11 of the Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation « About the statement of the uniform register of scientific degrees and academic statuses and regulations about order of award of scientific degrees » N 74от on January, 30, 2002 (in ред. Decisions of the Government of Russian Federation from 12.08.2003 N 490, from 20.04.2006 N 227) " to published works reflecting basic scientific results of dissertation, are equated … the works published in materials of all-Union, All-Russia and international conferences and symposiums ".
