The Olympic Games are conducted in conditions when, the problem of preparation of managers is actual not only for higher educational establishments, but also for business structures, government bodies, public organisations. Efficient control any organisation should be carried out at all levels, therefore perspective managers make organisation gold reserves. They are is strategic the most important capital of the organisation as they, in turn, should supervise and prepare together with higher educational establishments of the future chiefs of all levels that will allow the organisation to develop the strategic potential and to be improved. This year in the conditions of the Olympic Games there is an essential change: from purely theoretical competitions participants of the Olympic Games have passed to a competitiveness in real business. Participants of the Olympic Games - the best students of the Russian high schools of a speciality «organisation Management» have presented projects of development of business of the Kirov companies in competitive environments.
